Net 30 days.
Returns
Permission is not required. Books must be in clean, saleable condition, and in print. Customers have 90 days to return books declared out of print or no longer our publication. Customer pays return postage. If correct invoice numbers are not provided, credit is issued at the highest allowable discount. Text adoption orders and books supplied for special events may be returned after 1 month but not more than 24 months from date of invoice. Others may not be returned in fewer than 4 months or more than 24 months from date of invoice.
Returns of orders purchased on open account will be given credit: no cash refunds. Only prepaid orders may be returned for a refund.
