GERALD COSTANZO, author of eight collections of poems, has been Director and poetry editor of Carnegie Mellon University Press since its inception more than forty years ago. He lives in Mt. Lebanon, Pennsylvania, and in Nehalem, Oregon. MARTHA PATERSON, from Cincinnati, Ohio, is a junior studying professional and creative writing at Carnegie Mellon. SOPHIE WIRT is a junior studying creative and professional writing. She is from rural Ohio, but considers Carnegie Mellon and Pittsburgh to be her home.
